These are two very detailed and consequently very hard to guess stories. Good writing! I’ll say that the 1st one is true because it just “sounds” very real!

This is a good piece. However, there’s very little indication of what you are like in the past contrasted to what you’re like now.

Sociology is actually not “the background of the character” but more the people, places and things that the character interacts with in society. Psychology then, is the way in which the characters think and interact with the these elements. I liked Click too, by the way. I think there’s a lot more to that film than people give it credit for.
